NZLED® Lighting Helps Office-Warehouse Save Over 69%!
NetZero USA partnered with Elite Maintenance Services, Inc. to deliver an energy-efficient lighting solution for their 4,000 sq. ft. office & warehouse facility located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
With a lighting usage of 2,340 hours annually, NetZero USA recommended the installation of NZLED® 30w 0345 Level III LED Strip Kits, NZLED® 40w 0445 Level III LED Strip Kits , and NZLED® 65w 9865 8′ Shop Light Retrofits throughout the facility. The updated equipment has reduced the per-fixture energy use by an average of 62 watts and has provided a total energy savings of 69.3% over their old lighting equipment.
As a result, the employees who work at this facility are now benefiting from a better, brighter space with improved illumination, and Owner Greg Coffelt is saving money each month through the facility’s reduction of energy consumption. In fact, over the next 10 years, more than $12,000 dollars in cumulative savings will be delivered as a direct result of this project.
